i've been trying to download this file for a while, however, despite a fairly
good number of seeds and peers, i am stuck at 8% since a long, long time. all
users with a better progress than me use azureus 2.3.0.6 for some reason.

i was wondering if this is because the file is also seeded at a login-required
tracker, and if yes, if anyone here might know about it.

lastly, i would like to request that maybe someone could be kind enough to
re-seed this file, it is not very large and i promise to seed for a while after
that. however, i really want to have this file, as i heard from a friend who saw
it on tv that i'm visible in it somewhere.
