how can we prevent eztv being shut down like demonoid, torrentbox ,etc?

demonoid is down
right now i cannot get a single download neither with utorrent nor with
bitlord... i fear that a witch hunt is on progress so any p2p sharing and share
base sites are really at risk.
i do not think they will be able to ban or limit things totally but all this
makes us have to change our habits and adapt to new things, which isn't always
fun... i really like using torrents for sharing and i really hope it stays
intact somehow...

where are you getting the torrents from? 'cause i'm having no problems with
utorrent at all. plenty of sites are still up and running.

new protocol?.the main technical achievement of bt was to dl a file by
blocks,instead of linearly,
from peers who themselves were still downloading the same file, increasing
speed and reducing strain
on servers and seeders.
don't see a technical way to rival bt in terms of speed and efficiency.
