Uploading

although uploading alot seems it would drag down on dl speed, does disabling,
or severly limiting the upload speed actually slow a dl aswell, especially in
utorrent?.i don't know if its more of a technical issue, or something
deliberate within the client, but thats my experience.

one can go too far with the upload limiting though, which leads to you being
snubbed by peers and getting ignored/low priority and therefore bad download
speed.
