Broken apostrophe handling in thread names

yay - first bug post for the updated forum setup 😉

re: women's murder club 1x08 ... got added to the site with an apostrophe in
the title.

aside from confusing the showname categorising filter it also breaks forum
posting and display of subsequent threads.

i vaguely recall this was an issue ages ago, but got resolved (i think).
the fix didn't make it over to the new subdomain hosted forum ?

ok, i think i fixed a few more bugs.
