What's a TV-pack?

Number 2 from the left in the main-menu there is something called TV Packs, is there something special or is it just
TV-episodes compressed with some compression program?

A pack is simply all the same type of releases for a given show are rereleased as one torrent.

Two main cases:
The show was here previously, so new downloaders can simply grab a newly seeded pack, instead of trying to download
what they want from a year ago here.
The show was not available here or not available in the format quality. Meaning if from years ago only in xvid, it's possibly
that a pack could be 1080p.x265 for a nice upgrade on the files you keep.
