how do i capture episodes from a streaming service? (i use a mac)

i would like to add a few missing old seasons of MTV The Challenge, to this site.

some are on amazon video to purchase and stream

some on netflix

some in the new paramount plus

ansd i believe a few on hulu

i dont mind paying for them but i woul like to make torrents out of them to share, can someone please point
me in the right direction for this, like i mentioned in the title, i use a mac and a chromebook. no windows pc
