Issue with website

Yesterday I noticed that almost every time I clicked the "Next" link or scrollbar on the right, a new tab would pop up sending me to another website for advertising. Very tedious after being on this website for years. I thought maybe I had a virus. Doing the same thing today until I registered here in order to post this question. I find if I'm signed in, it doesn't do that. Was this just a way to get people to sign up?

I do have an Ad Blocker and pop-up blocker - have for years. This is something new that started yesterday at my end.

I have the same issue. Only started now, but has stopped once i logged in. Is quite annoying. have Ublock but even that wasn't stopping it. Even putting the site address in the restricted zone in internet options didnt stop it
