How do I do a community request for a TV series to be uploaded?

I was quite into NCIS Los Angeles which has aired in my country on free to air TV.... but undergoing a full mastectomy and
chemotherapy for breast cancer I missed a whole lot of the series and would like to start from the beginning.
Is there any specific place I can ask someone from the community to upload it if they have it? or is that not allowed?

Also, there is a recent(ish) British Series called "the Great British Pottery Throw Down" - in particular looking for a source for Season 5.
