Can't send link to utorrent

Up until now, when I clicked on the download link, it would send the torrent file to utorrent to automatically download it. As of today, it now just downloads the link to a directory. I can't figure out how to change it back to what it did previously. Can anyone help. FYI - there is no option to associate if I right-click on the download link.

Try a new torrent client or play locally here if available...
