TV Show Guides - Text Only Based

hello all,
i am trying to create a guide book for all of my tv shows. i can very easy get
the episode summaries from a site such as tv.com however i am trying to find
an easier way, if there is a site which has a text based setup for others like
us.
if you know of any, could you please let me know.

true text based was good when i used to author my d/l into dvd's, using the
text fro epguides/tvtome on inside cover


plus just wanted to knock fugly off the front page
