Embedded titles and comments

Why are titles and comments being embedded in file properties with the option to remove them being turned off? I have found
that I can get rid of titles via MKVToolNix, but it is a pain having to do this for nearly every file after downloading. If I don't the
embedded title overwrites the file name in Plex. Is there an easier way to do this rather than use MKVToolNix for every file? It
just makes the process that little bit longer having to delete embedded titles for each individual file.

As a non native English speaker, I am glad they are on it. Sometimes I cant hear the English word
proper and thus I can read it and even learn more words..

I'm not talking about subtitles, I mean the actual file properties in the downloaded file. If you right click the file and select
details you can often see a raft of embedded titles and comments which are added by whoever uploaded the file. I'm not
bothered if these comments etc are just within the file properties, but it is annoying when they overwrite the title in Plex etc. To
have to go the extra step to remove them is time consuming when the simple option is to allow for them to be removed through
file properties. Switching off the option to remove the properties just seems unreasonable and I have had to resort to finding
another app to remove them or manually change the title in Plex.

I mean File Properties. Right click on a file in windows explorer and select Properties from the list. Then select the Details tab.
Some uploaders embed file names and comments which are basically them advertising that they uploaded the file. That is fine if
you can select "Remove Properties and Personal Information" and remove them. For some reason some uploaders are now
blocking the ability to remove these properties, as you are not able to select the properties you would like to remove and you
can't just select all as it doesn't work. Without being able to remove these properties Plex uses them as the name of the video
file.
