tracker turns RED AlOT latly

i click on a file i wais to download then about 30 sec in to it goes red and
sasy the server as activaly refused connection. yet i have 2 or 3 others goign
with out problems and this has been don this for a while now but i just left it
go but its now doing it on a few files i have tryed the past few days

dht only works if you can find a dht peer to bootstrap your way into the cloud
from.

most dht capable clients will hit up a pre-defined host to bootstrap from
(router.utorrent.com in utorrent's case) but if that server is down or
overloaded (as is often the case) then the client may have to wait a very long
while before some other dht peer stumbles across it and makes contact.

hrmmm ... torrents following random walk paths around the internet ... 🙂
