it would be best to do so, but it might be to much to ask. especially because it would be best to see sg1 to. (makes it almost 300 episodes). but if you don\\\\\\\'t mind catching up while you are watching you can start today. (you could read summaries of the previous seasons on the internet). one warning though, this is one part of a multiparter (yes accros seasons) so if you want to start today i suggest that you at least start with the last episode of season 4 (or the last 3, but not 2). |

|
i started watching season 1 of sg1 tonight and instantly liked it. i was worried a series starting in 1997 would seem hokey but it's actually very sophisticated with good character development. ah, my summer is well and truly set with 10 seasons of sg-1 and then stargate atlantis to look forward to. |

it is nothing like the critically acclaimed, intelligent bsg whatsoever.. sg is a lot more on the star trek kind of level... |

i really liked how they tie the next sg1 movie into this episode of atlantis. its not often seeing movie spin offs tied in with their respective tv show. |

bsg has much better acting and far more complicated storylines, but it focuses more on the human aspect, the personal relationships and journeys. stargate is a more traditional sci-fi show where the bigger picture and the worlds they explore are the main focus and character development not so much. that said, stargate (sg-1) is a lot of fun to watch from the very beginning so enjoy. |

trojan on the second torrent link. i had closed firefox with tabs saved and didn't want to load them up so i started iexplorer to do a quick check of what was up. from that, hitting the second link auto loaded "malware protector 2008," which, as lame trojan crap does, installed a bunch crap. the auto removal tool, pctools spyware doctor, wanted $$ before it would remove anything, so i just removed everything manually. one trojan bit though, kdrer.exe was hidden, save that i happen to use msys unix programming environment, which could see it to remove it after plugging in the root drive as a secondary(kdrer is in memory and restores any changes if you try to remove it.) anyway, time waster provided by the losers at the second link. admin : the looser is you going around like a fool without appropriate protection |
